LOL yeah i saw this when matt posted it on the UG. i feel this guys pain... at least i have never been caught on video though.

i gotta say though that this isnt really anything special. i was taught this guillotine years ago. a lot of people use this.

not to say marcelo isnt ridiculous with his guillotine because he is.

yeah, slightly different. renzo was teaching this (florian vid) back then as well.

Marcelo's guillotine is a tad different than Kenny's and Renzo's (I believe), as he applies his choke directly across the throat/Adam's apple.

There is no pressure from driving with the ribs...its all hands (wrist) going through your neck using leverage from the elbow thats over the shoulder. Get into this postion with someone and apply the choke with out arching your hips...you will see the power generated..driving into ribs is not neccessary
