I have the Maximology set and I can't remember which tape the info on performance breathing is on. Can anyone share that with me so that I don't have to go through all the tapes to find it?
Maximology is the only tape set I don't have, yet I'm sure that it is not mean't to be absorbed by watching it only one time.
Sit down with a notepad and go through it again. Make notes of all the sections that you will want to see again.
Tape 3, in my opinion you need to use the core activation material as a segway into the performance breathing stuff, the performance breathing will also help you with the core activation once you have it down full circle I guess;} I think Core Activation is on either the 2nd or 4th tape.
