GrappleTV.com, is going to be hosting a BJJ tournament this year!!!

When: Saturday, May 14, 2005
Where: Los Angeles area (venue TBD)

Divisions: Men’s and Women’s, no kids (details TBD)

Rules: Standard CBJJ rules: http://www.cbjj.com.br/english/rules.htm, although we are NOT GOING TO TOLERATE STALLING! (in true GTV fashion)

Our main goal is to have a tournament where ALL comers are welcome, NO POLITICS.

A longer term goal for us is to push the dream of making BJJ an official Olympic sport.

I talk with Tim Cartmell about a week ago,he said they are going to do gi first then see how things go with this.
