TL:DR Guys train like idiots. Need PEDs to recover. Phone Post 3.0

Correct. Fucking rest. Don't spar hard as a regular course of training. This one is going to be unpopular but here goes: frequent intense freestyle or folkstyle wrestling practice for anyone over 25 years old is going to sideline you. If you don't already have a solid wrestling base then you're probably not going to establish one. Learn to work around it, practice defensive wrestling, grecco/judo type grappling.

Or just accept that juicing is going to be part of the sport, and call open season. I have no problem with this. Phone Post 3.0

Yep. Constant multiple times a day workouts eats away at muscle. It's unsustainable without PEDs. No PEDs and continued stupidity in MMA training = injuries. Period.

Either fix the way you train, or take PEDs. That's the choice that needs to be made or fights are gonna get canceled due to fighters getting popped or injuries. Phone Post 3.0

Meat really opened my eyes when on the TUF episode he was complaining about concussion symptoms until he just got some really good sleep and all was well.
