Melvin Guillard future champ talk ends finally!

Glad it's finally ended. Then those of us who've been following long enough to know better and cringe upon hearing that Melvin will be champ or dethrone Edgar can take deep sigh and finally smile knowing we'll never have to suffer such fantastically erroneous drivel again.

Those of us who knew better, remember him as the chinny fighter who got dropped by a Joe Daddy jab or as the guy who got rolled up by Rich Clementi and knew all along that he wouldn't sniff a title.

Also, why is nobody talking about Joe Lauzon, who if victorious against Anthony Pettis can surely be considered contender worthy??? Phone Post

Signed, and what the fuck is the point of posting his fight record^^ ?

Here's to hoping the UFC cuts him I am sick if hearing about this guy

I never understood the hype behind him here for the last year or so. He hasn't done anything imo to prove that he's more than a one trick pony. A lightning fast one to be fair. He was no different 6 yrs ago on TUF.

superCalo - His greatest win was against Marcus Davis and that can never be taken away from him, any man that can beat prime Marcus must still be in the mix to some degree.

Here here. Marcus Davis shall henceforth serve as the benchmark for all great lights and welters. And to the dude calling for him to get cut... Chew a dick sir. Phone Post

Fuck off you stupid cunt to bad for you he'll be cut anyway sorry but he's not UFC material! He needs to fight scrubs so he can feed his ego because that is all he's about he does not have the mental capacity to be anything more.

Haha busted!! Phone Post

"And yes, he can destroy maynard, edgar, miller, lauzon, and diaz. He is just mentally unstable, but he can fix that"

No,no he can't
One dimensional fighter is one dimensional. Phone Post

Auzzie - And yes, he can destroy maynard, edgar, miller, lauzon, and diaz. He is just mentally unstable, but he can fix that

Dude that is one of the most ridiculous statements I have ever heard. You realize 2 of those guys already finished him and the other 2 are number 1 and 2. Edgar would destroy him and I would bet money Maynard would knock him out...

He is not mentally unstable he is mentally lets just say under endowed.

LOL! Phone Post

I cant stand him, but Guillard is one of those guys that is athletic and powerful enough to upset any 155er on any given night, but he is completely one dimensional and has some huge holes in his game.

If he'd lose the massive ego, realize he's not as good as he thinks he is, and improve on his weaknesses, he'd probably become one of the top lightweights. Phone Post

Under endowed?

He is black AND explosive.

He is WELL endowed.

That thing could choke out Carlos Condit and his wife. Phone Post

I've always thought Melvin was overrated but I never thought Jim Miller was contender material since he is only known for losing UDs to Frankie and Gray rather than beating someone high up there. Melvin is biggest win of UFC career. Phone Post

A week ago you where picking him to "starch" Miller, god your a retard poopyface.

Dude you got busted, now you're backpedalling faster than Michael Bisping.

Taking you seriously, though, Miller is not built to win decisions in the current scoring system. Especially against wrestlers. Styles make fights, and that flaw doesn't make him less of a contender.
