While I do agree, the left started this shit (DeNiro, Madonna, etc) basically calling death / harm to a duly elected president (and he is like it or not) so I am okay with guys Voight voicing his opinion and getting air-time for it…

And it is one of the reasons to be very cautious about pursuing impeachment.
It will be very divisive for the country even if Trump is fully deserving of such consequences for his own actions.

Using the power of the presidency to "persuade" the President of a foreign nation to criminally investigate his political opponent (in concert with his Private Lawyer and the State Department).
That is completely unethical and unAmerican.
Don't get me wrong. Part of me doesn't want to go down that route because of how divisive it is... but Trump deserves what he is getting.
But there will always be Americans who support Trump no matter what. Remember - in the Nixon case, even after all the tapes came out that proved that he was lying about being involved in the Watergate break-in and coverup, 30%+ of Americans still supported him.
But the best case scenario is that Trump is voted out via an election rather than an impeachment.

Sure... but if that were actually the case, they could have set up a sting where they selectively leaked different false things to different people and see what came of it.
The President didn't have to send his private lawyer (in concert with the State Department) and use the power of his office to "persuade" the leader of a foreign nation (who we have over a barrel) to "do him a favor" to criminally investigate his political opponent.
The point is that there would be much easier ways to discover a leaker than to betray your country.
