WTF does that guy do with his wrist at 4:46

Well I guess a 8 string guitar isn't a stupid gimmick as long as you have 5 hands. Phone Post 3.0

Seen many a porn begin like this.

No they are mostly used by metal guitarists that only use them to chug muddy F power chords. Phone Post 3.0

??

There are some killer lead guitarists out there (see YouTube) who shred on em!

Not a fan of them either myself...but that's because I'm left handed and haven't found an 8 string leftie to even form a real experienced opinion on Phone Post 3.0

And so are his slayer covers!

He also did a song on ukulele by cannibal corpse called "frantic disembowelment".
It's one of their hardest songs to play and they don't play it live because you have to sit down and stare at the fretboard to play it, haha.

Look up "cannibal corpse frantic disembowlment studio" to watch studio footage of them recording it with no vocals (the vocals distract from hearing all the notes)
Then, look up Rob Scallon (the dude in the OP) doing it on ukulele Phone Post 3.0

He also did a killer cover of "church of deviance" by spawn of possession on banjo. Said it was by far the most challenging cover he's ever done Phone Post 3.0

sicko - WTF does that guy do with his wrist at 4:46

wtf +1... seems like he flipped his wrist like a drummer does a drumstick...

that was amazing, the whole thing... but as someone who has tried and failed a few times to learn the guitar, it is also kinda insulting... like people who run marathons wearing costumes...
