Michael Johnson vs. Thiago Moises

That was a straight foot lock not a heel hook too. Crazy

Hope his knee isn’t damaged

I just realized it was Keith Peterson, so heavily criticized by Dom the other night, and now he completely misses the first tap, letting the fight go too long. Did Dom get to him?

He was in a cloud of smoke

Had to set his beer down first.  You put it down too fast and it will fizz up and lose carbonation.

I did notice he made strong eye-contact with Michael though.

That was half a tap. Johnson could have kept tapping and made it obvious but he stopped for no good reason.

It’s his own fault if he’s hurt.

Under utilized position right there. Single leg x has been huge in competitive nogi for a long time now but you rarely see it in mma. Tonon did the same thing recently in One. Great way to force a grappling exchange against a better wrestler.

Especially in a leglock. Loud verbal tap that everyone can hear. Leave no room for error.

Yup, but you have to get him off of his feat with urgency, otherwise you’re gonna get blows rained down from a highly leveraged position.

Rolled with Moises w a few times nice to see him get a big win
