Miesha's striking as we know is feisty but sloppy. Was it improved? I'd say so. She used this fight as a chance to fully test it out, because a sparring partner or punching bag is no substitute.
Where was Rin's power? Muscles were in view, but i didn't see the ton of power i expected. I thought she'd be able to pry apart Miesha's thinner arms, and cinch a choke like a hydraulic tool. Hmm..guess not. Meesh got the win. For us american fans it's best for the story arc, because Miesha's stock has gone up so she can be in contention for the other top chicks.
There are so many fights to make in the female 135 division, and apparently the UFC isn't dong shit. Leslie Smith and Jessica Eye just randomly tweeted each other and agreed to a fight, both of them were just desperate to fight someone. But Jessica would be a good opponent for Miesha... Along with a whole list of other girls who aren't scheduled for fights. The UFC needs to get their shit together, Leslie Smith is the closest to a Diaz brother, Holly is hyped up landing head kicks, but they're just sitting out.

She threw some good shots and beat an undefeated fighter with ease, also looking pretty good in the clinch with a strong judoka. Sorry about Shayna losing every time she fights bro :)
She looked pretty good. Her boxing seemed to have improved a bit as well.
Meisha will never be the women's bantamweight champion. She just doesn't go for the kill like the rest of her competitors.
