Ok guys, I just got my newest toy, a new leg kick pad and was wondering what drills you guys could recommend. I already came up with a few of my own, but I want to hear what you guys are doing and recommend.
mine:
Holder has a focus mit and leg kick shield, jab-cross-roundhouse,
holder has heavier shield on other arm, and practice a low,high kick combo
I have a few others I came up with, too, but I'm too tired to type them up
jab/rear or lead round kick,
cross, rear kick
cross, lead kick
jab, hook, rear kick...
keep it simple! The suitcase bag is one of my favs--if you have a belly pad you can practice teeps and leg kicks/knees/etc--just be creative!
