Check out Kevin Pyles 24/7 gym they have Crossfit, Bjj, MT and TKD. Kevin is a great instructor with resonable rates. Should be in the yellow pages for a number.

If you go there stay away from the old guys, Steve, Preacher Dave and Asa, I warned you.

See if Brad 'The Machine, The Spider" Dillon still works out there, he is the source of quite a few threads.
