Anybody know some good cardio drills or any good sites that have some?
youtube dot com has a bunch of them
Thanks
I would suggest for overall conditioning...
Squat Thrusts, Burpees, Mountain Climbers, and a combination of these or throwing in push ups here and there in the mix.
Another good one that someone here on the forum suggested that I found to work great is doing a squat thrust with a twist.
You squat down, thrust legs back, do a push up, do the foot/hand switch or break dancing drill until you face the floor again, do another push up, the the foot/hand switch again until you are facing the floor again, do another push up, thrust you legs back and stand up. That's 1 repetition.
Hope this helps.

shark bait
3 mins of light sparring and/or combos then 25 squats, 25 pushups, 25 crunches (x 5). then three more rounds of the same but instead of squats pushups and crunches do 15 fast jumps (touching knees to chest), 15 jab cross sprawls, 15 sit outs.
or
round robins- roll or spar with a new guy for one minute straight. repeat without resting for 5 minutes. three rounds of this. and if you're game turn up the minutes until you get to ten.

also,
(on your toes leaning forward) power punch a heavy bag non-stop (only straights - no hooks) for 1:30 minutes and immediately after grapple for one minute- do this back to back (which is five miutes or 1 round). repeat for as many rounds as necessary
4 activities done for 30sec then 1 minute shadow boxing. Repeat
30 sec: Squats
30 sec: Pushups
30 sec: Situps
30 sec: Lunges
1min: Shadow Boxing
Throw in chin-ups as part of this workout and it adds an anaerobic dimension, burn is very similar to a live fight
START OFF WITH SETS OF 50 REPS OF:
SQUATS-50
JUMPINGJACKS-50
CRUNCHES-50
LEGLIFTS-50
PUSH-UPS-50
MT CLIMBERS-50
THEN RUN 5 SPRINTS OR JOG A QTR OF A MILE THEN:
S-40
JJ-40
C-40
LL-40
PU-40
MC-40
5-SPRINTS/OR 1/4 MILE
THEN 30 REPS OF ALL SIX,(RUN) THEN 20 REPS OF ALL SIX,(RUN), THEN 10 REPS OF ALL SIX, RUN, THEN 100 SPRAWLS. AFTER COMPLETING THIS YOU WILL HAVE DONE 1000 REPS AND 25 SPRINTS OR A MILE AND 1/4, SHOULD TAKE ANYWHERE FROM 20 TO 35MINS MAYBE MORE FOR PEOPLE THAT ARE OUT OF SHAPE, WELL ALOT MORE. ENJOY! ( no rest, this is to be done from start to finish)

I do a similar drill that I came up with myself. I thought I was being original.

Did you post that workout a while back? Because if you did that was an original! =) I read a thread on it and I tried it out and found it was a great workout. Keep the brain turning! I'm sure you'll come up with some more stuff.
Rossboxing.com is awesome!
Does anyone have a link to the fight gone wrong workout? It was crossfit designed for MMA as I recall.
Edit : My mistake, it's fight gone bad.
