It's no longer called HDNet, its called AXS-TV and it airs Monday at 5pm.

I likes the guests in studio as well, but that was when it was tape delayed. They would film it on Monday and it would air Friday, so if any big news happens before then they have re edit the broadcast.

I like live because its great when something funny or crazy happens, but more importantly... A Monday MMA news show is perfect since MMA is basically a weekend sport. Phone Post
