You must be willing to relocate to Columbus, GA.
Salary will be based on the experience level on the instructor, and the other duties that they are willing to perform as needed.

Columbus is a nice town. I don't get over there near enough. Close enough to Atlanta to go there only when you really want and plenty far enough away to have good Southern charm.

Right now the main focus is looking for a stand-up coach, and possibly an over-all MMA coach. The BJJ program & kids programs are well established.
Actually looking for coaches/instructors, not wannabe fighters who want to teach classes.
Someone that is professional, may or may not have a competition background, but has to know how to teach, be responsible, on time, work hard and care about the programs.

You guys draw a lot of folks from Ft. Benning? My brother did his BCT and AIT down there.
Yeah, we have a lot of guys from Fort Benning here. That is how I got here, and most of the guys here. The U.S. Army Combatives School is at Fort Benning. Used to be a lot of good fighters here, but a lot of guys have moved away.

What is the pay? I taught combatives in the Army, BJJ purple belt under Daniel Gracie, Sityodtong team member, ranked in the top ten in my weight class in the Northeast US.

I don't believe in classes.
I call them unsanctioned fights.
