I remember when the news was loading with STACKED Pride FC cards and talk of dream fights (Fedor vs Randy, Rickson arm barring everyone)

Now when you log onto MMA news, all you see is the latest fighter drama, $300,000 sports cars, Ring Card Girls spreading it for playboy, Female MMA CHAMPIONS talking about having sex to up their testosterone, the age of lay and pray and point fighting, and how to regulate transexual MMA.

I mean really?

Not really, this when you know a sport has hit the mainstream. You think Lacrosse media talk about the players cars and sexual situation?



No, the fact that fighters lives and marginalized people wanting to do MMA is talked about means lots and lots of people care about the sport.



 



Just cause during a break in action on a weekend with no fights drama fills the news doesn't mean it's dying it means even on breaks people are talking about something to do with MMA

Yes, because MMA being all over the news, including main stream news, = "quickly dying." When Rickson was actively fighting most of us were still using dial-up modems. I am sorry that the internets ruined MMA for you. Let's go off the grid and you can write notes to me tied to a pigeon leg. That should cut down on discussing anything other than the fight results.

Please let me know when you've acquired a suitable pigeon.
