" A Mississippi man was killed Monday when he was struck by a suspected drunken driver in Grapevine.
Grapevine Police Officer Sam Shemwell says Harlon Smith, 38, was killed when his car was struck from behind by Sergio Hernandez, 29, of Lewisville Monday evening in the 1800 block of State Highway 114.
Hernandez reportedly blew a .182 on a breathalyzer test, which is more than two time the legal limit. Hernandez was arrested and charged with intoxication manslaughter. He faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in jail and a fine of $10,000.
The specific details of the accident are still under investigation by Grapevine Police. "

You can see the accident literally happened right next to a hospital, and still the victim couldn't be saved.
Hernandez had to be going 100+ mph to kill the driver he hit from the back, and he don't even have a scratch on him. Incredible
