MMA Periodization

Does anyone have a MMA periodization program I can take a look at. I'm interested in how the strength program, Energy Syestem development (ESD)program, and the skill (wrestling, thai boxing, BJJ) are integrated together to create a 4,6, 8 or annual model. I have found the strength portion easy but tying that in with ESD and skill work can be challenging. How are trainers varying the intensity levels of each componenet to avoid overtraining and promote peaking for events. Any help would be great.

I already did and got 1 reply. Told me to buy Todor Bompa's book...I've owned it for about 6 years now. Looking for some more info. Thanks for the suggestion though.
