Moink Balls!

Thanks to TKF_Anteup13 for the inspiration, I've been meaning to make these for over a year.

Beef/pork meatballs with a cube of cheese nucleus and wrapped in bacon.

Smoked at 250 for about 1.5 hours and mopped with BBQ sauce for 10 minutes a side at the end.
