If any of you are in Montreal for the UFC weekend and don't know what to do on Sunday, come to this seminar! Jake has an incredible half guard game and is a great teacher.
We had Jake teach at my gym for a month. His movement drills are worth the seminar price by themselves, and his international experience brings very unique technique to his class. Definitely recommend.
