-Have the NYS Court of Appeals uphold the violations.
-Have the South District Federal Courts uphold them.
-Wait for the Circuit Courts of Appeal to reverse.
-Appeal the reversal to Scotus.
-Wait for Scotus to grant certiorari.
-Repeal the law/regulation and argue the case is moot.
All the while, citizens’ rights are violated.
Rinse and repeat.
And NYC voters will continue to re-elect statewide tyrants
