Most titles lost at one event

I was just re-watching UFC 185, the event where Esparza lost the belt to Joanna and Pettis lost the belt to Dos Anjos.    

 

Has there ever been an event where more than 2 belts changed hands?

I can only think of a handful of UFC events that had three title fights....so I'm guessing two is the most.

Having a hard time just thinking of another event where 2 belts changed hands.

UFC 194 comes to mind. Aldo lost the belt to Conor (although Conor technically had an interim title) & Weidman lost the belt to Rockhold.

I don't know about an event with more than two titles lost, but with all these interim titles I'm sure we'll have an event with 4 or 5 titles won
