Mousasi has the best grappling outside of BJJ

Anyone know where he learned to grapple?

I don't know but Mousasi is the top Iranian fighter on the planet

he trains grappling with both a judo guy and a bjj guy, according to a interview he did a couple months back. both black belts i believe.

He started at the Jurojin gym, but now trains with the Sahinbas brothers and other dudes. And I believe his of armenian descent, not iranian.

He's good but you're going too far....

Fedor owned him in their grappling exhibition....

Still, i don't see ANYONE in SF beating Mousasi (King Mo included)....

"And I believe his of armenian descent, not iranian."

And Brett Rogers is of african descent, not american :)

someone needs a trane grapple screen name

He's one of the most rounded fighters out there and given his age, its crazy.

Shogun however is just as rounded and around the same age iirc.

I guess technically he's Dutch now...

Surely Barnett is a better non BJJ grappler.

I am impressed by Mousasi....

Mousasi versus Barnett.......make it happen.....

billy914 - Surely Barnett is a better non BJJ grappler.

no way, not pound for pound skill wise

but yeah Barnett would probably out grapple Mousasi

lol at anyone being a non BJJ grappler.

Moussasi is ridiculously skilled, though.
