Bobby Lupo - I'm not white knighting for Cindy, she's a solid poster and doesn't need me to. Seriously, Ken Shamrock has thrown more fights in MMA than he did in pro wrestling. I was at the fight when he KO'd Kimo and I'll always be a fan, but he's kind of fugazi, not for nothing.

Pioneer or not, Ken has thrown fights, gotten busted for PEDs, was a miserable failure on TUF, retired in the Octagon and lied repeatedly claiming he didn't (when it was on live TV, lol) and then sued Zuffa trying to get them to take him back (which he lost and now owes them $175k). He was a lazy and a pathetic coach in the IFL, too.
People can get their feeling hurt all day long but the facts are the facts and their hero isn't mine. The comment I responded to stated something to the effect that "Ken had spent 30 years PERFECTING his game" which is laughable considering his record, injuries, PEDs use, and actions for at least the last 10 years. I agree with the first 20 years, though, but not the last 10:)
Not at all. My opinion is what it is because of Kens actions over the years and the sandy panties of his fans doesn't bother me:) And he'll nnnnnever beat Kimbo but I doubt the fight will ever happen anyway.

jcblass - I don't know what I would do with myself if some sub-par streetfighter from Miami KOs the "Worlds Most Dangerous Man" who spent 30+ years perfecting his fighting ability via Japan and the USA.

he's 51 and probably has the wear and tear of someone in his 70's. It's a victory if he makes weight and gets medically cleared. It's a win/win for him imo.
