Shoulda taken the 60-40 split against money May when he had the opportunity. Maybe he wouldn't be behind on his taxes then.
I wonder what does GoldenBoy Fan has to say about this.
Now is the perfect time for Floyd to grab him. He should just offer him 30- 35 million and call it a day.
Can't say I feel sorry for him. Manny needs to tell Bob Arum to get fucked and hook up with either Al Haymon or Golden Boy. He lost all of his negotiating power. If he struggles with Tim Bradley in April he's done.
Btw- HBO boxing pulled 1.3 million viewers this weekend.

BW92 - Not surprising at all. Boxing isn't popular, there's just a couple of boxers who are popular and after the KO Manny took the non-enthusiasts (massive part of PPV audience) aren't going to stick around for him.
This is actually a great example of why the people who cry about UFC numbers can't be taken seriously. If you think the dropoff UFC PPV numbers have had is something to be worried about or not a necessary part of expansion you just need to stop. The numbers they do PPV after PPV are jussssssst great. And plenty profitable.
If May were to lose his next fight it would be a looooooong time before we're talking about any fight over there with a few eyeballs on it
json123 -No he just got 18 for Rios... So if it bombed that works well for Mayweather because it shows Manny alone can't draw. But together they both know they will pull another 2 million buys plus. So offering nearly double is fair. 30 is solid 35 should lock it up.PrettyBoy - Now is the perfect time for Floyd to grab him. He should just offer him 30- 35 million and call it a day.
Naw, he could get away with offering Pacman 20 mill or less. Pac should have taken the 40 mill offered to him years ago.
The bar I went to was packed wall-to-wall with hundreds of people for the Mayweather fight and literally had something like 20 to 30 people in it for the Pacquaio fight.
PrettyBoy -Doesn't that just prove to Mayweather that he is the star attraction? I don't see Floyd offering a dime more than he thinks Manny is individually worth right now.json123 -No he just got 18 for Rios... There are tons of up and coming stars and the ratings are very high at Showtime and hbo, and you have Boxing on FS1 now and other channels. You just embarrassed yourself here, legitimately.

That's what happens when you cherry pick your opponents. Rios was tailor made for Duckuiao, and he still couldn't finish him
