I would love to see Musataffa and Stonnie Dennis fight here in the mid-west. I'm a big fan of the little guys and Stonnie is one of the best and up-coming fighters in the mid-west.
Stonnie is 2-0 with both wins in Hook n Shoot. 1 by sub. and the other by a great OK.
I saw Musataffa Hussani fight in IN a while back. He and I fought on the same card. He fought Eddie Wineland and the fight was a draw.
Stonnie 1st pro fight was with Eddie Wineland and Stonnie won by sub in the 1st round. Next he fought Chad Washburn and won by OK in the 1st round.
I belive Musataffa would stand and throw down with Stonnie. I hope someone reads this and brings this fight together.
Help keep this at the top. Thanks Joe Jordan
Joe, I would put this fight on in my upcoming show in June. What do you think the pay scale on a fight like this should be?
4 and 2
ttt
I would like to see Buketta and Torres with these two in a fourman tournament
I would think it would be hard to get mustaffa in june, hes supposed to fight in the ironheart on the 5th, but then again Ive see fighters fight once a week,lol/ Ive saw the fight against wineland, he looked sharp but not sharp enough to compare to the big names in his wieght, ackermann, torres, curran, but that was about a year ago, so things definetly could have changed.
Torres beat Bruketta a couple years ago , I dought if he woulld fight Jimmy again unless a big payday or a substantial title fight . It would be a very good fight but most likely won't happen any time soon .
Bruketta v Dennis is a good fight for both guys . Dennis is on a roll right know and is ready to take the next step IMO . Bruketta would be a test for Dennis to see if he is indeed ready .
The problem Bruketta has is getting fights . He is the guy no one wants to face due to his experience . With fights against Torres , Ackerman and Cannales (sp) just to name a few . He will fight almost anyone . But the extended time he has in between fights hurts him as well . With taking time off he doesn't get the credit he deserves .
Randy I think you will agree that the 135lbs -145lbs weight class is stacked here in the midwest.
I didnt get to see the Bruketta - Torres fight but heard that it was pretty intense
I agree that the fight was most likely intense (does he have any fights that aren't ?) .

Stonnie is good but should take his time before taking the next step! Stonnie has only 2 pro fights. No need to rush things!! He's still just a baby in this game. Stonnie should fight someone with less then 4-5 pro fight in.
Musataffa is 3-1-1 on FC. This would be a good match-up.........Joe Jordan
I agree that Stonnie should take his time . The problem fighters at this weight have is finding other fighters at this weight . I wish more promoters would bring in the smaller fighters .
"I wish more promoters would bring in the smaller fighters"
Me to. I hope you and Rich will be the 2 guys to do just that. I had a great time fighting for you guys and Shooto. Peple like Stonnie, will make fans love watching the little guys......Joe Jordan
Shooto goes out of their way for the little guy, at least that is what my experiences have told me while dealing with them.
"Shooto goes out of their way for the little guy"
Thats what I love about Shooto. It's great haveing Shooto here in the US. Stonnie coould fight at 125LBS but finding guys to fight at that weight is hard. Still he could be a big star in Japan. Take a look at the pic of the last Hook n Shoot and see the shorts he had on. The little man can box and hits like a truck and thats what the fans like to see.....Joe Jordan
Joe,
Thanks for the support. I would also like to thank Randy, and the HooknShoot organization for giving me a chance.
I will just keep trying hard, and doing my best to finish every fight. You guys know I am going for the finish as soon as the bell rings.
stonnie
Stonnie's right hook Knock Out in Hook N Shoot!
He is a great addition to any fight card. Stonnie once said "Win or lose, I refuse to have my fights decided by the judges". Everyone that has seen him fight has realized, he lives by these words!
edit.. double post
Bruketta would most likely get the takedown and win. I don't think Stonnie is ready for Bruketta with only have 2 pro fights. Bruketta is underrated, i agree. He's one of those guys that can make you look real bad. (not that flasshy, but is just relentless in his style, with good wreslting)
