Kind of. On a griddle they lay down egg then put carne asada, chorizo and cheese then roll the egg so it's all inside. Then you throw it on a fresh flour tortilla and top it with guacamole, onion and pico. Oh my god it's so good! Best part is they are only $2 each at this spot in San Luis Phone Post 3.0
