My latest project: Making Herbal Capsules (w/pics)

L to R: Yerba Mate, Valerian, Ashwagandha, Rhodiola (and Kratom, not pictured)

The "machine" itself

For unrefined roots and herbs like Yerba Mate and Rhodiola, converting them to powder is necessary for the capsule process. I use this little coffee grinder. It works in seconds.

What does all of that snake oil do? Phone Post 3.0

Exactly what for. The Kratom has me puzzled

Most herbs taste like shit. The capsules take the flavor out of the equation. Kratom is the worst of all of them. It's like eating fucking sawdust.

I'll do some research, VU Phone Post 3.0

Returned!

I do a lot of research on Examine.com .  They do a good job of gathering data from multiple resources and break it down by quality/quantity of study, rating, effectiveness etc. Not the be all end all of research tools (I also like reading first hand accounts) but it's a pretty good starting point for objective information.

for the late shift

I know that machine and have always thought it would be a pain in the ass. Obviously better than doing it by hand. How do you like it? Phone Post 3.0

Time saving. I can't complain. Phone Post 3.0
