Mike Hackert is one of my best friends (which is why I drove the 12 hours to report on the event), so it was great to see him do so well, but I think the video shows that there wasn't much room for bias in my reporting, considering what happened...this is me with Hague after the event:
I think his face tells the story of the fight better than I could. I actually didn't recognize him right away.

Probably won't be the last time I have a swollen face. I was never hurt, but he hit me far too much as the picture obviously shows. Congrats to Mike on a great showing, I'd love a rematch.
