My Response on THE DAILY BEAST now...

Hey guys, remember last week or so when a guy wrote about the UFC being gay on the DAILY BEAST? he was talking about the apparent homosexual fanbase for TUF and all that.
Well, I wrote a response and they put it up, check it out....

Good response Sam. I think the link took me to the second page. It took me a second to realize there was more than one page.

Looking forward to the new book.

Thanks Tap21, I fixed it...

ttt for some love from the UG

Good response. Every time I have people over to my house to watch the UFC, the girls in the room (and the non-sporting men) make gay jokes and ask how you could not feel weird in some of those positions.

I offer to put them in those positions and see if the pain or the proximity to my balls is their first thought.

Sam sheridan you are an awesome writer! I am reading a fighters heart right now and almost done but i seem to have misplaced the book lol. i am just past where u r surfing with pat miletich and paul walker.

Anyways just wanted to tell you to keep up the good work, looking forward to a fighters mind and you will always have a sale in me lol

as for the gheyness the guy who responded to the blog got it right imo. its all about two buff guys rolling around all sweaty. im straight and dont see it that way but you can see the correlation there

Perfect response. Wasn't condescending, or confrontational, just factual.

probably the most intelligent and debate-ending rebuttal to the "MMA/BJJ is gay" crowd I've ever seen.

very nice.

Nice response.

And also glad to read your new book is coming out soon. Looking forward to it.

Good read, and good approach to the topic.

(Also, A Fighter's Heart ruled.)

...just like your book, that article was well written. nice job trying to educate the uninitiated. Hopefully it helps, but if not, FUCK EM...

Really great writing there, Mr. Sheridan

also, my son and I enjoyed "A Fighter's Heart"
