I will, however, intentionally disqualify myself in a grappling match by throwing elbows if you so desire. Hell, Harry Geris more or less has me throwing punches while wrestling, so why not submission grappling???

P.S. - I have been on the recieving end of a few of your "unintentional" elbows mr boney-arms...
...they also allow knee's on the ground, it works out good this way since you'll be flat on your back taking them =)
