I live in northern Canada( three hours north of TO) and have been going to the UFC's since #7 in Buffalo and I have to say this was the worst UFC I have seen. The acoustics in the hall made it impossible to understand any of the announcers. The wait between fights ( up to 40 mins) was unbelievable. When I got home and saw it on tv, it was an entirely different show. I took 8 emplyees and four of us left before Tito's fight. When I saw Tito's fight on television it seemed that big John should have stood the fight up several times but never did. And who was the chick in the ring interviewing? My wife wants Joe Rogan back. Man she was pissed. Screw all the travel I am watching from home from now on. O yes, and Atlantic City is a cess pool.
no doubt AC is a cess pool and I agree u couldnt hear shit in there.Actually I agree with ur whole post U are correct
Joe Rogan was busy on special assignment.
They should keep them at the Mohegan when traveling to the East. Perfect venue.
As long as you enjoyed yourself!
nobones - Ever met John Waters?
Joe Rogan, "special assignment" ???
Whats up with that. I like lookin at a pretty girl as much as the next guy but I would much rather hear Rogans' commentary than Mir's and would rather see him in the octagon with the fighters after the fight as well.
What could be so "special" of an assignment?
he already said it was a Fear Factor special that goes 7 weeks, and he was unable to reschedule.
It was a good ufc.
AC wasn't all that bad. The fact they didn't sell out could have something to do with 9 guys dropping out less than 2 weeks before the fight, I'd assume they'd encounter the same difficulties in Vega if a bunch of fighters backed out.
The whole premise of the night, Tito and Guy, wasn't that big of a draw as it was, and that's not bashing anyone. I just don't think you can blame it all on AC and the north east. Besides, I wanna go to another one and I just can't make it to Vegas.
