Learn Mixed Martial Arts from one of the most experienced young MMA fighters in the United States. You'll be exposed to MMA in its entirety, including Frank Shamrock's own system of submission wrestling. You'll also learn the fundamental principles of boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, and conditioning.

This seminar will change the way you look at MMA and MMA training.

Professional MMA record: 35-11-1; Former Division I Collegiate wrestler at Eastern Illinois University. 2 years training kickboxing at the American Kickboxing Academy (Javier Mendez and Jerome Turcan). 1 year training Shamrock Submission Fighting (Frank Shamrock) Titles held: Combate Libre Lt. Heavyweight Champion; Cage Rage Heavyweight Champion (2x); Ultimate Fighting Mexico Lt. Heavyweight Champion; Colorado State Middleweight Champion

well, I'll try to expose N. Fla. to some things they haven't seen much. I am looking forward to the weekend. Last time I came to Tallahassee for a fight, I worked out with the guys there for 4 hours, and didn't know it. Good core group of guys down there. Can't wait to get there.
