I think a T Jay format with no skill levels would be the best option. Maybe their could be an age bracket for the kids who want to compete but their should no skill level seperations for adults.
T Jay Thompson format plus no skill levels for adults should be the way to go. If kids want to compete they could have some sort of age bracket system for them. Paying $80-100 over and over again for the same problem filled tournaments that last all day makes no sense.

You already know how good or bad your competitors did. Does it really matter if one team is singled out as doing the best on a website? It's usually the one with most participants anyway.

I am just asking what military installation is close by? I have lived in the area a long time I can't think of any in short running distance. Fort Shafter is probably the closest but that is still a long run. If HPD is pursuit of military personnel the base will not stop them if those individuals run/drive onto the installation.

That is BS. I have worked gates a military installations for years. HPD is free to come on base and continue investigations involving military members island wide. The base will even help them do it. If they are currently in pursuit of a suspect the gate personnel are not allowed to stop them.
