My immediate thought.
Aldo vs Swanson, Aldo vs. Mendes, Silva vs. Belfort, Pretty much any Anderson Silvas title defenses in the UFC. Silva vs. Fryklund. Fedor vs. Randleman was great too. 
When Jones choked Machida, I never seen it coming and Machida was doing well up until they clinched.
Silva vs Franklin. When Silva had that clinch, he broke Franklin's nose and soul.
I think Franklin lost a part of himself in that fight
