Are gonna steal the show at UFC 129 in Toronto. Mark my words. On a card full of stars these guys dont get top billing but this fight is gonna be fireworks. Their styles match up perfectly. Both like to stand & trade but both are polished on the ground. For the first time I find myslf hoping this goes all 3 rounds, just so we can see more of it.
I see one of the fight bonus' being handed out here, not sure if it will be Fight of the Night, Sub or KO of the night. But I can't wait to find out.

Fights like this used to get me more excited... but, it seems like the last three or four years, anytime two fighters with similar skills and styles are matched up, the fights end up somewhat boring...
I'm hoping for a great fight, and it certainly has potential... just not getting my hopes too high...

oh come on man, this fight will be incredible. Diaz's track record for winning bonuses can't be denied (in his last 9 fights he's won 6 bonuses) and MacDonald only has one gear; strait ahead (like Diego Sanchez)

Shellington-great posts. I see that too and you helped it with your wording. I understand the other guys concern over two similar styles.... BUT not with Diaz or Rory. It just won't happen with either of them. Really excited for this fight. Great thread. Can't wait. 
I really don't want to see either of them lose, I hope they go hard for 3 rounds and it ends in a draw.
