Nate is coming to FLOW Grappling on Saturday April 9th to do a seminar - grappling, striking and MMA. It's a great chance to learn from one of the best fighters out of the best camps.
Oh yeah -we just got our cage - 20' with custom white fencing...Nice work Chad! Between the Swain mats and the cage the place is really coming together.

We are on Purity Road, exit 81 off 376...on our site we have a google map so check it out and let me know if you have any questions.
Our facility has locker rooms, showers, a full cage and plenty of free parking.
