Nate WOULD fight GSP if he was given the chance but nobody in hell wants to see GSP matched up with a journeyman
I don’t understand the fight. Diaz isn’t near the draw people pretend he is. How many huge fights has he done other than Conor? GSP is actually a legit draw who is a top 3 fighter of all time and destroyed Nick who is way more accomplished than Nate is.
Hasn’t he been quoted as saying that is “Nick’s fight”?..

That’s why GSP is probably gunning for it. He only wants the easiest fights possible. That’s why he ducked the Big Rigg rematch. That’s why he only wanted Bisping at 185, then dick tucked his way out of defending the belt. And if he fights Nate, if because it’s a smaller fighter coming off a long layoff; who stylistically matches up well for GSP.
After Nate, GSP might look to fight Pettis or Mighty Mouse.
Last time somebody choice Nate because he was an “easier” opponent, then got their ass beat. Hopefully the same happens to GSP.
With USADA these days, GSP can no longer compete with the top fighters in each weight class.
Nate has said in interviews that GSP is Nick's fight just like Nick said he had no intrest in McGregor that was Nate's business.
Just like they have said they won't ever fight on the same card again.

Did anybody listen to the MMA Unfiltered podcast? If this is to be believed, Dana says they’re actually working on this fight at 155 lbs. seems far fetched and a terrible fight for Nate.
