Ok, so you think it holds no value as far as a promising NFL career? Fair enough, for the most part you're right, but that's not the purpose of the award.

I always thought the Heisman was "suppose" to be award to the best college football player..But we all know how much a teams record plays into this equation.

Well, it's like the MVP voting in the NFL----a guy who has a phenomenal season for a poor team (LaDanian Tomlinson, for instance) wouldn't get MVP votes either. Team success should have a little to do with it, right?

For the record, I thought Larry Fitzgerald was the best college football player this year.

I thought Eli Manning was the best.And he will be the first pick taken.IMO he is better than Peyton was comming out of college
