Griffin probably had every joke written for him and probably from Ross. Also this is a TV show and not some comedy club filled with comedians where they will roast the shit out of each other.
Ross is notorious for writing his celebrity counterparts’ set. He did it for the Rock on a USO tour, too. Ross goes out of his way to make his counterpart kill, usually at his own expense.
Ya, I dont really understand the point of these videos. The celebs don't write their shit, they literally just deliver the lines. For the average Joe it'd be more impressive than someone who spends their whole lives in front of cameras and thousands of people.
Its like an actor delivering a line in a movie and people saying how witty of a person he is.

For what it’s worth, Blake does do comedy standup on the side. I can’t say for sure but there is a chance he wrote at least some of that.
