Neck conditioning excercises?

Can anyone here give me some descriptions of good neck excercises I can do? I've developed a reasonable bridge (nose touching mat, on the toes), but I'd like to hear other moves I can do to make my neck stronger...

Billy Wicks recommends partner isometrics (basically doing negative reps) and I love it!

don't forget front bridges as well

deadlifts,power cleans,highpulls,farmers walk...pretty much any weight work that works your traps is gonna strengthen your neck also.
