NeckSpring training device

I've finished an evaluation of the NeckSpring training device.

The Spring can be supplied in two forms: single or double spring. The
double is actually two singles, so it is the more versatile of the two.

The resistance of the single spring is good for rehabilitation of injuries
or active recovery work. The double spring provides enough load so
that even a well-conditioned guy can get a good workout.

Because there is no active "weight" involved, the NeckSpring is quite
safe. You cannot injure yourself by having the load "get away from
you". You can also do this while watching TV, etc....
