Does anyone know a website that has diets laid out (what and when) I don't really need a breakdown of every micronutrient just a simple diet so i can lose bodyfat and retain muscle.

mens health's website has services that design diets for you based on your goals and then tell you what to eat, when, and even give you grocery lists. Im sure there must be plenty of websites thats offer them, but I know mens health has some.
T-nation has one called velocity diet, by chris shugart. follow it to a T. just search it out.
I just happened to read up on the velocity diet today at lunch. It sounds very hardcore. I don't think it would work for the average person. Even if you toughed it out, unless you came off of it very slowly (like he suggests in the article) you'd probably just gain it all back wouldn't you? Has anyone here ever tried it?
