Need Help

I have my first fight coming up November 24th. I am currently 5'10, 170 lbs. I train two hours a day.
I need some advice on what to do to get down to 155 lbs. If I can get down to 160 the day before the weigh ins, I can just lose the rest in the sauna. Being that I am 32, I was to do this as efficiently as possible.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
