I'm from the Boston area and never heard of him if that helps at all. Doesn't mean he isn't from Boston though.
That's cool, its just the place I used to teach out of turned into a McDojo so I left and setup, apparently this Neilson guy is teaching there now, I just wanted to know whether they are lying or not.
