Need morning routine shake up

Currently I roll out of bed, walk downstairs, and do the following:

Resistance band
tricep extensions
chest flys

15lb dumbells
shrugs (30)
hammer curls (50 each arm alternating)
lateral raises (15 hold last rep 10 seconds)
kickbacks (50)
wide pushups (30 hold last rep at bottom to failure)
close grip pushups (10 hold last rep at bottom to
failure)
lateral raises (15 hold last rep 10 seconds)
regular curls (50 each arm alternating)
front delt raises (10)

30 lb Kettlebells
squats (15)
bent over rows (30)
deadlift (15)




I want to shake this routine up a bit, but not stray from the general full body nature of it. Also, I need to stay somewhat low impact since this is literally the first thing I do in the morning (except piss).
