Need to get in shape fast!! Best gear tips?

So I've always been skinny and I've decided its time to start lifting and I want to see results as fast as possible. Right now I'm 21, 6'2, and about 145.

I want to run a cycle of testosterone and tren. I've read its really potent. Does anybody have any dosage ideas or should I do a completely different combo? Phone Post

Eat a lot and lift heavy.

Just quit now. You want fast results? Aint gonna happen, not without juice.

To put on mass the right way will take time, we're talking years. At 6'1" and 145 lbs you're a skinny dude. You'll need to hit the weights at least 4-5 days a week and eat eat eat, but eat smart. Don't just gorge on McDonald's cause you'll end up putting on too much fat, but to gain you need have a surplus of calorie intake. To build muscle you'll need to breakdown that body, which means pain, sweat and a lot of work, but the payoff is worth it.

Just don't think it'll happen fast, if you want guns and to look athletic/ ripped it's going to take work. Phone Post

Forget about the gear. With your stats and knowledge you will most likely lose anything you gain, and quite possibly grow a nice pair of tits too. Start training and find a better forum then this one to ask questions like that Phone Post

Im not going to be as harsh as others, but I honesty would say you're probably not ready for steroid use. I personally feel they're safe and effective if done correctly, but should be for advanced use only. Even with steroids, you won't get "fast" results. At your age, height, and weight, you will do much better with a good solid diet and lifting program. If its protein, eat it until you're tired of it, and do so at every meal. If its a whole grain, eat plenty of it. Fruits and vegetables need to be a staple in your diet as well. Your workout should include lifts like Bench, Squat, Cleans, Deadlifts, and Shoulder Press and use a barbell and do it right. Stick to low set/rep ranges and push heavy weight (assuming your form is correct). You'll be surprised what a good diet and training regiment will do to someones body if done correctly. Heck, with your stats, if you incorporate a good diet and training program don't be surprised if your skinny buddies who used to look like you start to accuse you of steroids. Phone Post

First off you're way too young to start juicing.
Secondly, a first timer should never use tren.
Thirdly, if you're not sure what dosages to even take then you haven't done enough research on your own and maybe shouldn't be taking roids.

Elitefitness.
Bodybuilding. Would be a good place to start educating yourself Phone Post

at your age and build, just get a cheap gym membership and take full advantage of the personal trainer. yes, most personal trainers who work at cheap megacorp gyms are ignorant and/or behind the times. doesn't matter, they know more than you and they'll put you on a better program than you'll get by ignorantly comparing the conjecture of strangers on the internet.

that said, i have found elitefitness to be a good forum, as shutdown posted.

again, you don't need gear. luckily for you, you don't need to lose weight, just put it on. you're ahead of the curve, really. clean diet, lots of lifting. i'm jealous of young dudes like you who have virtually nothing to do but put in gym time. take advantage of that and develop good habits now and you'll be fit for a lifetime.
