That is Ken, not Neil Buchanan.
He is staying at a halfway house not far from me in Leith, Edinburgh. I don't think he is in a very way from the sounds of things. He was on BBC radio recently talking about his problems.
There is further footage of him on youtube hitting the bag at the local Lochend boxing gym. He looks very very good for someone who is almost 70.

He was also on TV a few years ago talking about having a white collar boxing match. I hope he didn't.
He can still train very well but I don't think his punch resistance would be very good.
I used to see him walking around now and again.
Came to see Art Attack mixed with the sweet science.
Disappointed... 
His form still looks great. Love how short his punches are and how he keeps his elbows tucked in tightly at all times.
