PoppinFresh - its crazy how nelson has a better gas tank then most of the heavyweight fighters.

there was no doubt about his cardio when i seen that video of him grappling with frank mir.

big country doesnt fear the lactic acidosis!


While he obviously has deceptive cardio for his size and physique, I think it's also clear that he isn't training up to his potential.

Genetics or not, you don't look like that when you are peak conditioning. I don't know if it's just diet or what, but there are clearly things he could be doing better on the athletic training side.

I'm curious how that will play out as he starts mixing it up with the top guys in the division. Will his lack of athleticism prove to be his major weakness? If so, will he take the steps necessary to improve, or just keep doing what he's been doing?






And you bein in far superior shape than him and a doctorate in the human body would know this of course....Noob
