                    <blockquote>

UFC 125 has undergone a major shakeup at the top of the lineup. Jose Aldo, the first UFC featherweight champion, will now defend his title against Massachusetts native Josh Grispi in the show's co-main event, while Roy Nelson, who was scheduled to face Shane Carwin in that slot, has been removed from the card completely.

"I think my feelings were a little hurt. I was hoping they could find somebody to replace [Carwin]. This is one of the biggest cards of the year, and I was in the co-main event, and I was really trying to make sure my knee was better. The UFC really pushed me hard to get through with my rehab so I could fight on this card. My doctors said I shouldn't fight again until February or March, but I stepped up because the UFC wanted me to. I stepped up for the UFC, and I hoped they would do the same for me."

"The thing is nobody wants to fight a fat guy like me. Cro Cop is a legend in this sport, and I would've loved to have fought him. I'd like to fight Nogueira for the same reason. I'd love to fight Overeem, Brock Lesnar or The Undertaker. [UFC President] Dana White asks people, 'So, you want to be a f------ fighter?' I love to fight. I'm one of those guys."

UFC officials told him they would call when they had a fight for him.

Very well put Roy.........and i support him on this. raw deal.

 poor meathead

In before Roy gets cut due to bad attitude by DW

Looks like Roy got Munsoned.

 Roy SEEMS like the type of guy who'd get his fat ass beat and that seems to be his schitck, as he continues to suprise everyone by laying ass whippings left, and right, however, it doesn't make the UFC look too great to have all the in-shape superstars losing to a fat, out of shape (looking) guy, who seems to be proud of his big gut!!!

Kinda sad.

he'll get nog imo Phone Post

I love the guy. He's highly skilled and always brings it.

Round Pride.

well, in his last fight Roy SEEMED to look like Homer Simpson, where he couldn't do shit, but just couldn't be knocked out. he was so embarrassing he literally had to run across the octagon multiple time to keep up with his gut and not fall over.

he was disgusting in his last fight, and while he's whining he should be on a aerdyne, not a couch eating whoppers. maybe then he could fight past the first half of round 1

Is it just me or does anyone else think Roy and Dana dont get on because they're too similar attitude wise?

I hope Nelson gets another break, shame he's off the card.
