I'm not so sure it's 100% PIS - my take on it was that if you took my brain and put it in Ali or Tyson or Anderson Silva's body, I wouldn't be the champ that they are since a big part of their fighting ability is their knowledge and mindset.
"Captain America clone body" Red Skull may have had a physique and talent equal to Cap, but he also had a great deal of arrogance, which was noted often in the fight. And it cost him. He fought stupidly, got angry unnecessarily, did not use good tactics (e.g., kicking Kingpin in the stomach is an utterly mindless thing to do), and did not respect his opponent's strengths.
That said, it should have taken a lot longer for Kingpin to beat him, and he surely risked gassing against a Red Skull who would essentially never tire. If Skull fought smarter, he could easily win.
Kingpin is the guy with no powers but has powers (super strength), just like Bullseye throwing stuff through peoples skulls. Red Skull takes it via having way more combat experience.

I don't know if that's true. Red Skull was more a behind the scenes guy and has been dead a 1/2 dozen times. Kingpin doesn't mix it up very often either, but when he does, he throwing down with Daredevil and Spider-Man.

Actually Spider-Man absolutely destroyed him. I forgot what comic it was but it was at a prison. Fisk basically says that he's nothing without his costume and web slingers. Fisk also says that he hides behind the mask, too scared to show his face. Peter takes the costume off and fucking destroys Fisk. Makes him look like a child fighting an adult.
It's difficult to answer though, without establishing which Kingpin will show up.
I'm not a Kingpin authority, but it seems to me that he has been portaryed with different levels of bad-assness depending on which comic you read.
In some he is an absolute beast who can kick some serious butt, but other times he is portrayed more as just a regular guy, albeit a large one.
Under the terms of NQoTD I'd say that the Red Skull would take it. only because he would likely have a weapon of some sort on him, but Fisk might only have his cane.
